1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the 711pub online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through 711pub.net (the "Platform"). By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a wager on 711pub, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them.

711pub reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 2. Eligibility

To register and use 711pub, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 711pub or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement that would prohibit your participation in online gaming.

711pub reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of 711pub, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid email address.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• All activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Notifying 711pub immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.
• Keeping your account information accurate and up to date at all times.

711pub will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

Account verification may be required before withdrawals are processed. Verification documents may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card) and proof of payment method ownership.

4. Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on 711pub are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). 711pub accepts deposits via the following payment channels, subject to availability:

• GCash
• PayMaya
• BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands)
• BDO (Banco de Oro)
• Metrobank

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform. These limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. 711pub does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

711pub does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. 711pub is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the cashier section of the Platform. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200, unless otherwise stated.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one to three hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to one business day.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Refer to the specific bonus terms for details.

711pub reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests. In cases where fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity is suspected , 711pub may delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of an investigation.

711pub will not be liable for any delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network disruptions beyond our reasonable control.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

711pub may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 711pub reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus balance not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time, unless otherwise specified.

• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or other fraudulent means — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus balances and may result in account suspension.

7. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on 711pub are provided by licensed third-party game providers and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Each game is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

711pub does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are determined by the game provider and represent theoretical long-term averages — they do not guarantee specific results for any individual session or wager.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 711pub will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. 711pub's decision in such matters is final.

Sports betting outcomes are determined by the results of the relevant sporting event as reported by official sources. 711pub reserves the right to void bets where results are disputed, where an event is cancelled, or where there is evidence of match manipulation.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 711pub platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering intended to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 711pub staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

711pub cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in the investigation of suspected illegal activity. We reserve the right to report suspicious account activity to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 711pub platform — including but not limited to the 711pub name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 711pub or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 711pub.
• Use the 711pub name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorization.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any content from the Platform for commercial purposes.

Any unauthorized use of 711pub's intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at the address provided in Section 16.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 711pub, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its features.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game.
• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any technical malfunction, server failure, or network disruption beyond 711pub's reasonable control.
• Any decision made by 711pub in the exercise of its rights under these Terms.

711pub makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Privacy & Data

711pub collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

711pub implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You acknowledge and accept this inherent risk when using the Platform.

711pub will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required for the operation of the Platform, compliance with legal obligations, or as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Responsible Gaming

711pub is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 711pub players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.

13. Suspension & Termination

711pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification or investigation.

You may close your 711pub account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days.

14. Amendments to These Terms

711pub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 711pub will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. 15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 711pub platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact 711pub support in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. 711pub will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within 14 business days of receipt.

711pub operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming activities in the Philippines.
